Bircher Muesli


Ingredients: (1-2 servings)


  • 30 grams oats or 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk or coconut milk or almond milk (vegan)
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia or sabza seeds
  • Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
  • 2 tsp seeds or 2 tsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Directions


  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon or nutmeg and refrigerate overnight. Before eating add seeds or nuts and honey.
