Bircher Muesli
Ingredients: (1-2 servings)
- 30 grams oats or 1/3 cup
- 1/2 cup low fat milk or coconut milk or almond milk (vegan)
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 2 tsp chia or sabza seeds
- Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
- 2 tsp seeds or 2 tsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon or nutmeg and refrigerate overnight. Before eating add seeds or nuts and honey.
