
Nutritionists spend most of their day getting clients to stop eating the foods that they love—like that bag of processed French fries and nuggets in your freezer, the decadent four cheese pizza you crave every weekend and the butter chicken and naan you can’t (read: don’t want to) get out of your weekly meal plan, amongst other things. As good as your intentions might be, very few can contest how great greasy Chinese food tastes. So how does someone who plans healthy diets for people as a living, eat in their own home? Do they have secrets that they don’t disclose, or do they really not indulge in any cheat meals at all? We got six nutritionists to let us in on their daily diet, and here’s what we found.
