Panner Frankie


Ingredients: (1-2 servings)


  • 50 to 60 grams homemade or low fat panner( Tofu for vegan)
  • 1 roti
  • 1 tbp Tomato puree
  • 1 or 2 leaves of iceberg
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbp onions ( no onion jain)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Pinch of Herbs or chat masala

Directions


  • Put oil in the saucepan, once hot add the onions and sauté it tilltranslucent, thenadd tomato puree. Add pannercubes. Take 1 roti and put in the above mixture sprinkle pepper and chat masala. Roll it tightly.
