Panner Frankie
Ingredients: (1-2 servings)
- 50 to 60 grams homemade or low fat panner( Tofu for vegan)
- 1 roti
- 1 tbp Tomato puree
- 1 or 2 leaves of iceberg
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbp onions ( no onion jain)
- Pepper to taste
- Pinch of Herbs or chat masala
Directions
- Put oil in the saucepan, once hot add the onions and sauté it tilltranslucent, thenadd tomato puree. Add pannercubes. Take 1 roti and put in the above mixture sprinkle pepper and chat masala. Roll it tightly.
